Employee Emergency Relief Fund

Through our Employee Emergency Relief Fund, the NCPHS community comes together to help our dedicated staff when they need it most. The Employee Emergency Relief Fund provides confidential, temporary support to NCPHS employees who are facing financial hardship in times of an emergency or disaster, such as a fire, flood, or health crisis. 

Emergency Relief impact stories:

  • An NCPHS employee’s father suddenly passed away and the employee needed to fly overseas to help plan the funeral service. The Emergency Relief Fund provided the support that made this trip possible.
     
  • An NCPHS staff member’s child suddenly collapsed and required emergency medical attention. The staff member turned to the Employee Emergency Relief Fund for support and was granted assistance within 24 hours.
